Client Termination

– We have the right to terminate a client if they pose a risk to the safety of our business whether financially or physically.
– Clients will be terminated if they no-show 2 times.
– Clients will be terminated if they are more than 15 minutes late 3 times.
– Clients will be terminated with any aggressive, abusive, rude, argumentative or inappropriate behavior in person via phone or email.

Cancellation Policy

Please be respectful of our time

– With most services you will be asked to provide a ‘holding payment’ ranging from $50-$100 that will go towards your service once completed.
– If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or ‘NO SHOW’ then his payment will be non refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

Please be respectful of our time

You may reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice without penalty 2 times. However, if you reschedule more than twice with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a $50 fee.

Late Arrival Policy

Please be respectful of our time

– If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appt we will need to cancel and reschedule you. You will be charged a $50 fee.
– Please call us as soon as you know you will be late.

Conduct Policy

Please be respectful of our employees

– Yelling, cursing, threating or rude behavior will not be tolerated in person, via messaging or on the phone.
– We will have a zero tolerance policy. If you show disrespect to any of our employees, you will be asked to leave our practice permanently.
