Dr. Stephanie Koos, D.O.
Founder | Medical Director | Board-Certified Family Physician
Dr. Stephanie Koos is a board-certified Family Physician and the Founder and Medical Director of RenuYou MedSpa & Wellness Center, serving Ames and Ankeny since 2019. After earning her B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Iowa in 2002 and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Des Moines University in 2007, she spent five years practicing Family Medicine before transitioning to Emergency Medicine, where she has more than 12 years of experience.
Her passion for preventive medicine, aesthetics, and wellness led her to create RenuYou, a physician-owned practice focused on combining medical expertise with natural, individualized results. Dr. Koos believes aesthetic medicine should enhance a person’s unique features while prioritizing safety, education, and long-term skin health.
She has completed extensive advanced training in facial aesthetics, including injectable treatments, regenerative medicine, PDO thread lifting, laser technologies, collagen stimulation, and full-face rejuvenation. Dr. Koos continues to train with nationally and internationally recognized leaders in aesthetic medicine to bring the latest evidence-based techniques to her patients.
In addition to aesthetic medicine, Dr. Koos has a special interest in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, longevity medicine, hair restoration, and comprehensive wellness. Every treatment plan is personalized, with an emphasis on helping patients look refreshed, feel healthier, and age confidently.
Her mission has always been simple: provide concierge-level care where patients are heard, educated, and treated as individuals, not appointments.

Nikki Fellers, ARNP
Nurse Practitioner | Ames & Ankeny
Nikki Fellers is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping patients look and feel their best through personalized aesthetic and wellness care. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Iowa and spent many years caring for critically ill patients as an ICU nurse before obtaining her Master’s degree from Allen College.
After becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Nikki discovered her passion for aesthetic medicine and has spent the past several years developing advanced skills in cosmetic injectables, facial rejuvenation, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and wellness medicine. She is BioTE certified and works closely with patients to create individualized treatment plans that focus on both inner health and outward confidence.
Known for her gentle approach and attention to detail, Nikki believes the best aesthetic results are natural, balanced, and tailored to each patient’s unique goals. She takes pride in educating her patients, building lasting relationships, and helping them feel confident at every stage of life.

Kristin Sjulin, RN, MSN

Kristin Sjulin is a Registered Nurse with a Master’s degree in Nursing Education from the University of Iowa and nearly two decades of nursing experience. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about combining science, artistry, and patient care to help individuals look and feel their best.
After transitioning into aesthetic medicine, Kristin found her true passion in cosmetic injectables and facial rejuvenation. She believes the most beautiful results are natural, balanced, and personalized to each individual’s unique facial features and goals.
Known for her warm personality and meticulous attention to detail, Kristin takes the time to truly listen to her patients, educate them on their treatment options, and develop customized plans designed to achieve refreshed, confidence-boosting results. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and is committed to providing a comfortable, welcoming experience from consultation through follow-up care.

Jodi Schneider, RN, MSN

Jodi Schneider is a Registered Nurse with a Master’s degree in Nursing and more than 30 years of diverse healthcare experience. Throughout her career, she has cared for patients in Critical Care, Pediatrics, Maternity, and Vascular Access, providing a strong clinical foundation that she brings to every patient interaction. She has been a valued member of the RenuYou team for over four years.
Jodi has a passion for aesthetic medicine and is committed to helping patients achieve natural, refreshed results through personalized treatment plans. She has completed advanced facial anatomy and cadaver training and believes that continuing education and patient safety are essential to providing exceptional care. She regularly participates in advanced aesthetic training to stay current with the latest techniques and evidence-based practices.
In addition to aesthetic medicine, Jodi works closely with Dr. Stephanie Koos and Nikki Fellers, ARNP, helping care for hormone optimization and wellness patients. Her broad medical background allows her to provide compassionate, individualized care while supporting patients on their journey to improved health and confidence.
Known for her kind, calming presence and attention to detail, Jodi takes the time to educate her patients, answer their questions, and ensure they feel comfortable throughout every step of their treatment. She is dedicated to helping each patient look and feel like the best version of themselves.
Jess Steeples, LE, CLT
Lead Aesthetician | Ankeny
Jess Steeples is RenuYou’s Lead Aesthetician and a Certified Laser Technician (CLT) with more than five years of experience at RenuYou. She graduated at the top of her class from the Aveda Institute before continuing her education at the Institute of Advanced Aesthetics and Health Sciences, where she received advanced training in medical aesthetics.
Jess has completed extensive training in advanced laser and energy-based technologies, including the InMode platform (Morpheus8, Lumecca, Forma, and DiolazeXL) as well as the Sciton platform (Halo, Moxi, BBL, SkinTyte, and other Sciton laser technologies). She is passionate about delivering safe, effective, evidence-based treatments that help patients achieve healthy, natural-looking results.
As Lead Aesthetician, Jess is committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, treatment protocols, and regulatory compliance. She works closely with the medical team to ensure every treatment is performed with precision, consistency, and a strong emphasis on patient education and comfort.
Jess specializes in customized skincare treatments, laser skin rejuvenation, acne management, body contouring, HydraFacial®, DiamondGlow®, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and advanced laser procedures. Bradi Wright, LE, CLT
Aesthetician | Ankeny
Bradi Wright is a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician (CLT) with a passion for helping patients achieve healthy, confident skin. She graduated from the Aveda Institute of Des Moines and has continued to expand her expertise through advanced training in medical aesthetics and laser technology.
Bradi has extensive knowledge of both the InMode and Sciton laser platforms, including treatments such as Morpheus8, Lumecca, Forma, DiolazeXL, Halo, Moxi, BBL, and SkinTyte. She enjoys creating personalized treatment plans that combine advanced technology with medical-grade skincare to address concerns such as acne, melasma, pigmentation, texture, and overall skin rejuvenation.
Having personally struggled with cystic acne, Bradi understands the emotional impact skin conditions can have and is passionate about helping patients regain their confidence. She believes the best results come from combining patient education, customized treatment plans, and consistency to achieve long-term skin health.
In addition to her work in medical aesthetics, Bradi is an exceptionally talented tattoo artist whose artistic eye and attention to detail translate naturally into aesthetic medicine. Her background in art, combined with her technical training, allows her to approach every treatment with both creativity and precision.

Rachael Hubka, LE
Licensed Aesthetician | Ankeny
Rachael Hubka is a Licensed Aesthetician who graduated from La’James College in 2023, where she received advanced training in esthiology and professional makeup artistry. She is excited to begin her career at RenuYou and is passionate about helping patients feel confident through personalized skincare and body contouring treatments.
Rachael has completed advanced training on the BTL EmSculpt Neo platform and specializes in non-invasive body contouring and muscle strengthening treatments. She enjoys working with patients to develop customized treatment plans that help them achieve their body goals while supporting overall wellness and confidence.
In addition to body contouring, Rachael provides customized facials, chemical peels, and dermaplaning treatments. She enjoys caring for RenuYou’s VIP Aesthetic Members, helping them maintain healthy, glowing skin through their monthly skincare treatments and individualized treatment plans.

Hailey May, BSN, RN
Nurse Injector | Ames
Hailey May is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Iowa Central Community College. While completing her bachelor’s degree, she worked full-time as a hospital nurse, building a strong clinical foundation in Pediatrics, the NICU, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Urgent Care.
Hailey combines her diverse medical experience with a passion for aesthetic medicine, believing that the best results come from personalized treatment plans that enhance natural beauty while supporting long-term skin health. She is committed to providing safe, evidence-based care and continually expands her knowledge through advanced aesthetic education and training.
Known for her calm, compassionate approach and meticulous attention to detail, Hailey takes the time to educate each patient, ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey. She believes that listening to her patients’ goals and creating individualized treatment plans are the foundation of achieving beautiful, natural-looking results.
Hailey has a special interest in skin rejuvenation, with microneedling being one of her favorite treatments because of its versatility and ability to improve skin texture, tone, acne scarring, and overall skin quality across all skin types. She is dedicated to helping patients look refreshed, feel confident, and achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized care and continued education.
Ali Hunziker, LE, CLT

Ali Hunziker is a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician (CLT) who combines artistry, compassion, and advanced skincare knowledge to help patients achieve healthy, confident skin. Originally from Las Vegas, she spent more than 20 years in entertainment marketing, where she developed a passion for building relationships and creating personalized experiences—skills she now brings to every patient interaction.
After graduating from PCI Academy in 2021, Ali transitioned into medical aesthetics and has spent the past several years expanding her expertise through advanced education and hands-on clinical experience. As a Certified Laser Technician, she has completed training on Sciton laser platform, allowing her to safely and effectively treat a wide variety of skin concerns using today’s most advanced aesthetic technologies.
Ali believes aesthetic medicine is about more than improving skin—it’s about helping people feel confident, cared for, and empowered. She takes the time to understand each patient’s goals and creates personalized treatment plans focused on long-term skin health, natural-looking results, and patient education.

Gabrielle Stump, LE, CLT

Gabrielle Stump is a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician (CLT) with nearly a decade of experience in dermatology and medical aesthetics. She graduated from Neosho Beauty College in Missouri in 2015 and brings a unique combination of clinical knowledge and aesthetic expertise to every patient interaction. Her background as both a medical assistant and licensed aesthetician has provided her with extensive experience treating a wide variety of skin conditions while helping patients achieve healthier, more confident skin.
As a Certified Laser Technician, Gabrielle is passionate about utilizing advanced aesthetic technologies to help patients safely and effectively address concerns such as redness, pigmentation, sun damage, and overall skin rejuvenation. She believes that patient education and honest communication are the foundation of exceptional results. She takes the time to understand each patient’s concerns, discuss realistic expectations, and develop personalized treatment plans designed to achieve long-term skin health and natural-looking results.
Gabrielle is a strong advocate for medical-grade skincare and daily sunscreen, believing that a consistent at-home skincare routine is essential to protecting and enhancing the results of professional treatments. She enjoys helping patients build customized skincare regimens that support healthy, radiant skin while maximizing the benefits of in-office treatments.
Known for her compassionate approach and attention to detail, Gabrielle is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin. Her favorite treatments include laser vein therapy and HydraFacial®, and she loves seeing the transformation that occurs when patients achieve healthier skin and renewed confidence. Natalie and Robin are the backbone of RenuYou, playing an essential role in ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience from the moment they connect with our practice. As our Patient Care Coordinators, they keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes while serving as the welcoming faces and voices our patients know and trust.
From greeting patients and getting to know our members to answering phones, scheduling appointments, sending paperwork, processing prescription refill requests, checking patients out, and helping with day-to-day questions and concerns, they truly do it all. Their organization, compassion, and dedication help create the personalized experience that sets RenuYou apart.
As Dr. Koos’ right-hand team, Natalie and Robin serve as the vital liaison between every patient and our physician, nurse practitioner, nurses, estheticians, and laser specialists. Their ability to coordinate care, communicate effectively, and anticipate patients’ needs allows our providers to focus on delivering the highest level of medical and aesthetic care.
Originally from Georgia, Robin is a proud mother of four children—two of whom followed careers in pharmacy—and a grandmother to more grandbabies than she can count! Her warm personality and genuine love for people make everyone feel like family the moment they walk through our doors.
Natalie is a lifelong Iowan from State Center and brings valuable medical experience to RenuYou, having previously worked as both a medical assistant and phlebotomist. Her healthcare background, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor help ensure every patient feels cared for from start to finish.

Nikki received her Master’s degree as an adult nurse practitioner from Allen College after many years as an ICU nurse at the University of Iowa, where she originally received her bachelor’s degree in nursing. She switched her focus to aesthetics after graduating with her Nurse Practitioner degree and has found a love and an eye for the art of aesthetics and injecting. She is new to RenuYou, but has been practicing aesthetic medicine for several years. She loves helping her clients achieve their personal aesthetic goals and strives to achieve natural and beautiful results.
Kristin Sjulin RN, MSN

Kristin has a Masters degree in Nursing from the University of Iowa with a specialty in Nursing Education. She started her nursing career almost 18 years ago. She has always been interested in the medical aesthetics side of nursing so when the opportunity presented itself to work at RenuYou she was ready! She absolutely loves connecting with her clients, helping to identify their needs, wishes, and goals, developing client-specific plans, and watching them achieve results. She considers this field somewhat of an art and feels proud when clients are happy with the results achieved.

Jodi has been a nurse for over 30 years with experience in Critical Care, Pediatrics, Maternity and most recently, Vascular Access. She is a University of Iowa College of Nursing graduate. Jodi recently joined RenuYou and loves working in aesthetics and helping clients select an individualized plan based on their skin care goals. In her free time, she enjoys biking, travel and spending time with family.

Courtney is the newest member of the RenuYou team but comes to us with a plethora of Botox experience! Courtney will be working at our RenuYou Ames location specializing in Botox. Fillers and Microneedling. She has done advanced training in these areas and hopes to add more services in the near future. Prior to joining us she has worked at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines and MedicaSpa/IV Clinics in the Des Moines area. When not injecting she loves to educate her clients and have fun on TikTok! Jess is a Licensed Aesthetician and Permanent Makeup Artist. She graduated at the top of her class from the Aveda Institute and continued her education with the Institute of Advanced Aesthetics and Health Sciences, where she studied medical aesthetics. She is certified in multiple lasers and laser treatments and is passionate about giving her clients the best results, which drives her to always further her education. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her son, traveling, and pursuing her degree in nursing to become a cosmetic injector. Her services include permanent makeup, body contouring, chemical peels, Hydrafacials, laser treatments, microdermabrasion, and waxing.
Lauryn Montuoro LE

Lauryn is a Licensed Aesthetician from PCI Academy where she graduated with a level 6 distinction at the top of her class. She is certified and specializes in multiple lasers and laser services. Lauryn’s favorite services are the Opus Plasma resurfacing laser as well as the IPL photofacial. Lauryn is a results driven provider and is passionate for helping you reach your skin goals. Her service list includes a variety of laser services, chemical peels, diamond glows, body contouring, EMS, and skin resurfacing. Outside of the office, Lauryn likes to travel, socialize with friends, and play with her cat Sushi.
